hi yall nellbelle here after a fashion hiatus that has a lot to do with a broken washing machine and a dearth of business casual clothes in her wardrobe. unlike northampton (our bloggers’ sometime home base) the town of washington, dc is not so amenable to funky scarves tried round one’s head, super fuchsia mini dresses, glitter eyeshadow or earrings that are anything other than the MANDATORY PEARL STUDS.
